It’s back and bigger than before…. MasterChef celebrates it’s 10th birthday this series and like every year it just gets better and better. For their big celebrations they have invited back previous Winner’s and Finalists over the last 10 years to help judge in this years heats.
I will be judging alongside two extremely talented winners, James Nathan and Dhruv Baker on the 17th April at 8pm. If you missed my first judging episode you can catch up HERE
After the success half term lessons hosted back in February, I’ll be hosting two cookery sessions on the 27th May at Central Street’s Cookery School at St Lukes. Places are limited and on a first come first served basis for local children.
Times - 11am – 1pm or 3pm – 5pm
Cost - £3 per child (to cover ingredients cost)

I am pleased to officially announce, that finally after months of blood, sweat and tears (well that’s being dramatic…. but tears about my expanding waist line….) writing the new recipes, that I am to publish my first solo cookbook “How I made it: Winning recipes for everyday“ with Quercus. In record time and quicker than you could say “Summer supper club” all tickets were sold out. I am proud to be hosting a one off event that is in a series of supper club’s to raise money for Jamie’s Food Foundation.

I am honoured to announce that FCHK have made me Patron of their amazing community project. They help make cakes for struggling families to make sure every kid gets a cake for their birthday.
