(Danny and past graduate Merci)

Way back in June I hosted my first ever pop up to raise money for Jamie’s food foundation. The whole evening was captured by two amazing students Martha Mcguirk and Lauren Holley at Met Films. They spent the day with mentor Danny McCubbin of Jamie’s food foundation to get all the action shots in the kitchen. To find out more about Jamie’s Food Foundation please visit the website HERE

Kid’s Cookery lessons…

I’m pleased to announce that i’ve been invited back to Central Street Cookery school at St Luke’s to host two days of cookery lessons on the 27th and 29th October. I’ll be hosting a morning and afternoon session on both days. The spaces are limited and a small fee of £3 is required to cover the cost of the ingredients. Because St Luke’s is a local community centre, the kids will need to live locally. To find out more about Central Street’s amazing work visit their site HERE

To book a session please contact Sofia >> 0207 549 8181 or email info@centralstreet.org

Haagen Dazs – Real or Nothing!!!

haagenDazs_realornothing launch-1049

I was asked recently to team up with Haagen Dazs as part of their Real or Nothing campaign. I hosted alongside Great British Chefs a lunchtime and evening session where people got to do blind tastings, indulge in all the different Haagen Dazs flavours and see me demo how easy it is to make ice cream. You can watch how easy it is by watching the youtube video above… At the lunchtime session I also cooked for some lovely bloggers who have blogged all about it on their sites >

Today was a VERY exciting day as I finally got hold of a copy of my new cookbook. It was a very proud moment to see the finished book after months of slaving away in a kitchen writing new recipes at the end of last year. “Natalie Coleman – Winning Recipes, For every day” will be published on the 2nd October by Quercus. You can Pre-order copies HERE
