My day at Fifteen

At the beginning of the month I was invited to Jamie’s Fifteen to give his 18 apprentices a masterclass. I took them two of my dishes “Pigeon with orange braised lentils, chicory, celeriac puree and hazelnuts” and “Squid with Squid ink sauce, serrano ham crisps, fennel pollen and griddled fennel“. The apprentices were great fun and was an experience i’ll always remember. Check out photo’s from the day HERE
