The Evening’s Menu

Intro: Prosecco Cocktail

Nibbles: Warm Sourdough with Beurre Noisette butter

Amuse Bouche:  Korean Pork Belly with Radish and Onion salad

To Start: Salt Baked Beetroot, Mozzarella & hazelnuts

Main Event:  Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks with Celeriac Puree & Parsnip Crisps.

For Dessert: Rhubarb Mess with Ginger Crumbs
