Amuse Bouche:  Korean Pork Belly with Radish and Onion salad

To Start: Salt Baked Beetroot, Mozzarella & hazelnuts

Main Event:  Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks with Celeriac Puree & Parsnip Crisps.

For Dessert: Rhubarb Mess with Ginger Crumbs

Way back in June I hosted my first ever pop up to raise money for Jamie’s food foundation. The whole evening was captured by two amazing students Martha Mcguirk and Lauren Holley at Met Films.
